Life Time – Frontenac & Chesterfield
Best for: Families, Complete Wellness

Guests can choose between a monthly membership or a one-day membership. Here you’ll find indoor cycle classes, cardio and strength training classes, yoga classes, and other active living events.
Brick City Yoga
Best for: Affordable yoga classes, community involvement
This boutique yoga studio near Fox Park has a series of classes that are focused on overall mental health and issues that are common for people to struggle with like addiction, body positivity and anxiety. They also offer specialize maternity yoga classes. Classes are just $10, making it accessible for all. They recently added a reformer-based class that provides a great workout that is $15 per class. Central Studio
Best for: Pilates, Dance, Functional Fitness, Thai Massage
‘Movement for Life’ is their motto, and that’s exactly what you will find at Central Studio. Take a dance class in ballet, tap, hip hop, or fitness aerobics. Central Academy is available for kids to take dance and movement classes that include aerial silks, theater performance, and dance routines.
